Rates
$190 per 50 minute session
$95 per 25 minute LENS Neurofeedback-only session *In some cases, 30 minutes is sufficient, depending on physiology.
Packages for LENS Neurofeedback only:
$1520 per 10 50 minute sessions
$760 per 10 25 minute sessions
Insurance
I am not on any insurance panels and am considered an out-of-network provider. Please contact your insurance company for questions about coverage and reimbursement rates before beginning treatment. Often times, the LENS Neurofeedback fees are not reimbursed by insurance companies. Upon request, I will provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. Read more about insurance reimbursement under FAQs.
Payment
Payment is due at the beginning of each session. I accept cash and personal checks. Please make checks payable to: Diane E. Miller, LICSW PLLC.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged the full rate of the session.
